SUSTainable catering
Verdeli works with local producers and revitalising ingredients to get the best out of nutrition and seasonality. Each ingredient is picked carefully and prepared in the best way possible. All dishes are fresh and elaborated with a sense of creativity. We never use ready made sauces, toppings, dips or additives. Only this way we can ensure that our food is healthy and without any added sugars or unhealthy oils.

catering PROPOSAL
option 1
Set lunch bowl p.p. (vegan & gluten-free)
Spiced rice salad, creamy lentils, miso caramelised eggplant, marinated kale, and pickled vegetables
Served on room temperature in white ceramic bowls covered with a thin see-through foil (not entirely zero-waste).
Alternative: sugarcane lunch bowls (compostable). Note that the lids are not compostable.
option 2
Buffet style lunch, including:
- Soup 1: Happy belly miso & tomatosoup
(vegan & gluten-free)
- Soup 2: Creamy leek & potatosoup
(vegan & gluten-free)
- Paella with seasonal vegetables (vegan & gluten-free)
- Wholegrain fusilli with homemade sundried tomatopesto and spinach (contains cheese)
- Chocolate truffles (vegan & gluten-free)
- Carrot cake (vegan)
Served warm in our chafing dish and soup pots.
